8 Facts You May Not Know About Naruto?

  • Among all of the Jutsus that Naruto is said to be able to do, their ranks are 19 S-rank, 17 A-rank, 8 B-rank, 4 C-rank, 2 D-rank, 3 E-rank, and 26 Unclassified. Among the Jutsus 54 are Offensive, 5 are defensive, 20 are supplementary and 9 serve multiple purposes. The Jutsu range of Naruto is 26 Short range, 7 Short-mid range, 1 Mid-range, 2 Mid-long range, 2 Long range, 27 All Ranges, and 15 Unclassified.
  • Jiraiya was the most successful and accomplished shinobi in Naruto’s history. He completed most missions totaling 1,839. Among them 58 were D-rank,345 were C-rank, 684 were B-rank, 614 were A-rank and 138 were S-rank. He is one of the most accomplished writers as well because of his adult novels called “Icha Icha”. As a result, he is one of the richest shinobi in the history of Naruto.
  • Jiraiya wished to fight Naruto when he grew up, so did Minato Namikaze (Fourth Hokage), Hiruzen Sarutobi (Third Hokage), to fully see the level of growth that Naruto reached. Likewise, Naruto also wanted to fight Hiruzen. Additionally, Hiruzen also wanted to fight Konohamaru Sarutobi when he grew up. And, it is well known that Konohamaru wishes to fight Naruto. Minato and Hiruzen fulfilled their wishes when they saw him fight in the Fourth Great Shinobi war.
  • Hashirama Senju (First Hokage) and Hiruzen Naruto never got to fight with Naruto Back-to-back (or side-by-side). Tobirama Senju assisted Naruto in battle by using his Flying Thunder God Technique; Minato fought alongside Naruto when they faced Ten tails and Madara; Tsunade fought alongside Naruto against Kabuto, and I don’t think I have to mention instances Kakashi and Naruto fought side by side.
  • There are very few characters who were taught by Hokage. Shinobi taught by Tobirama Senju are Hiruzen Sarutobi, Homura Mitokado, and Koharu Utatane (the two are senior advisers). Hiruzen Sarutobi taught the legendary Sannins, Jiraiya, Orochimaru, and Tsunade. Minato Namikage taught Kakashi Hatake, Obito Uchiha, and Rin Nohara. Kakashi Hatake was the sensei of Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha, and Sakura Haruno. Tsunade didn’t lead a team of her own but she taught Sakura Haruno and Shizune. And, finally, Konohamaru is also a student of Naruto Uzumaki. In addition to training legendary Sannins, the Third also trained Konohamaru. And it is also believed that Hiruzen regarded Hashirama as his master and learned much from him. So, throughout the series only three people have been taught by multiple Hokage, Sakura, Hiruzen and Konohamaru (although officially Konohamaru doesn’t count since he wasn’t a member of a Hokage’s team).
  • Naruto has completed only 16 official missions. Among them, 7 were D-rank, 1 C-rank, 2 B-rank, 6 A-rank, and 0 S-rank. Sasuke has completed 16 official missions in total: 7 D-rank, 1 C-rank, 2 B-rank, 6 A-rank, 0 S-rank. This is before the start of Shippuden. So, Sasuke rescue mission and the mission to bring Tsunade back were not official missions.
  • Out of the 80,000 Shinobi from allied Shinobi forces, 40,000 died in the first day of battle before Naruto and Killer Bee joined the field. They also took down 50,000 of Jetsu. Factoring the people Madara himself wiped out, Naruto shared his chakra in the Battlefield with approximately 25,000-30,000 shinobi. The same amount of shinobi was also teleported by Minato to protect them from Ten Tail’s attack.
  • It is a tradition in Konoha that a member of Sarutobi clan (possibly ahead or similar) to provide the future head of Nara Clan, Yamanaka Clan, and Akimichi Clan with an earring. Hiruzen Sarutobi gave the earrings to Shikaku, Inoichi, and Choza. And, Asuma gave the earrings to Shikamaru, Ino, and Choji. It is highly expected that Mirai Sarutobi (Asuma’s daughter) will give the earrings to the new generation of Ino-Shika-Cho.
